沒有不完美的成長 沒有強韌的自己

        每個劣勢的出現,必定會有個相對優勢出現。生於較不富裕的經濟環境,培養我踏實而獨立的生活態度。求學期間因而也做過不少兼職工作,培養出極為踏實的工作態度與思維;也塑造對職場人際的處理哲學。

Passionate & Steady Mind

I have always believed that every challenge carries with it a hidden opportunity for growth. Growing up in a modest environment taught me the value of practicality and independence from a very young age.

Throughout my twelve-year academic journey—from high school to graduate school—I supported myself through various part-time and full-time roles. These experiences did more than just build my resilience; they fostered a positive, open-minded philosophy toward life's uncertainties.

Navigating these diverse challenges has empowered me to embrace differences and cultivate a deep sense of adaptability, qualities that I bring into every classroom and every interaction with my students.

語言工作的經驗

在語言實務中 感謝臺大CLD的培育

        大學與碩班求學時,除補教業外,為精進自身英文(輔系)語言實務,培養自己對英語文實作的機會;大四時就受師大英語系教授推薦到當時師大國際事務處,接下第一份語言溝通與實際運用於行政、協調課務相關的工作。參予實務英文聽說的相關工作,延續到台大就學期間,就任語言中心的工作上。 

        四年餘任職於臺大語言中心的工作,不斷接受各國(外籍)、各種學生諮詢華語課程;接觸多元而多種『口音』和『文化』習慣的不同,同時協助一年共有四期的外籍學生校外教學,及常態介紹校園與臺灣本土節慶等文化活動之英文口語隨隊導覽/翻譯,並製作『中/英文版學生就學須知』。

Professional English Practice & Cross-Cultural Communication

During my undergraduate and graduate studies, I actively sought opportunities to bridge the gap between language theory and practice. Based on a strong recommendation from my professor at NTNU, I began my journey in international affairs, which eventually led to a four-year tenure at the Chinese Language Division, the Language Center at National Taiwan University.

In this role, I served as a primary coordinator for international students, navigating a vast array of accents and cultural backgrounds. My responsibilities went beyond administrative tasks; I was entrusted with:

  • Cultural Partnership: Conducting oral English tours and translating for field trips and traditional Taiwanese festival celebrations.

  • Documentation & Design: Developing and editing bilingual student handbooks and orientation materials.

  • Program Management: Streamlining inquiries and organizing year-round Mandarin programs for global learners.

These intensive experiences transformed English from a mere academic subject into a natural, professional tool for high-stakes communication. I am highly confident in my ability to draft formal documents, manage complex coordination, and engage in cross-cultural dialogues with both fluency and precision.

期許彈性與學習

        多年的工作職涯,讓我闖進不少過去沒待過、沒接觸過的地理與心理環境,這切實的各種經驗,讓我體會到,有時的堅持是確實需要的,但因應人事物的周遭變化,每一個時期的學習都是學習去做個有『彈性』(resilience)的自己,每一個經驗,都在適度修正而改變,但要保持熱忱學習的自我。

With over seven years of teaching experience across various domestic high schools, I have served as both a history teacher and a student counselor.

Throughout this time, I have been committed to making history education more closely connected to students' everyday experiences, emphasizing the dialogue between historical facts and the readers themselves.

As a teacher and mentor, I strive to communicate in a more organized and accessible way, turning long and complex historical narratives into clear, relatable lessons.

 My ultimate goal is to guide students toward thinking in a more multi-faceted and critical manner.

In addition, over the years, I have compiled and edited a wide range of key-point notes and learning materials to support students' reading and studying processes.

 These efforts have been met with great appreciation and positive feedback from both my students and colleagues.
