不完美造就強韌

沒有不完美的成長 沒有強韌的自己

        每個劣勢的出現,必定會有個相對優勢出現。生於較不富裕的經濟環境,培養我踏實而獨立的生活態度。求學期間因而也做過不少兼職工作,培養出極為踏實的工作態度與思維;也塑造對職場人際的處理哲學。

Passionate & Steady Mind

        It's said that "as one disadvantage appears, there must be a relative advantage". Born in a not-well-being family, it makes me think more practical & more independent. 

        Earning myself about 12 years ,while studying from high-school to the graduate school, I took variety of part-time and full-time jobs which have trained me stronger, and do nourish me a positive and open-minded person. And these versatile experience have me embrace differences and become much resilience.

語言工作的經驗

在語言實務中 感謝臺大CLD的培育

        大學與碩班求學時,除補教業外,為精進自身英文(輔系)語言實務,培養自己對英語文實作的機會;大四時就受師大英語系教授推薦到當時師大國際事務處,接下第一份語言溝通與實際運用於行政、協調課務相關的工作。參予實務英文聽說的相關工作,延續到台大就學期間,就任語言中心的工作上。 

        四年餘任職於臺大語言中心的工作,不斷接受各國(外籍)、各種學生諮詢華語課程;接觸多元而多種『口音』和『文化』習慣的不同,同時協助一年共有四期的外籍學生校外教學,及常態介紹校園與臺灣本土節慶等文化活動之英文口語隨隊導覽/翻譯,並製作『中/英文版學生就學須知』。

Practical English Working Experience

        Within a long time being a coordinator in CLD, the NTU Language centre, as answering the call-ins and inquests from overseas, managing and organizing the annual ,4 season-Mandarin Chinese courses, joining the arranging and the alteration of the foreign Freshman's Brochures, and hosting the foreign learner orientation and campus tour,

         I've been making the English as a daily and living tool. I could edit the formal content, make notice, speak and make conversations, interactions and communications in English concisely and well.

期許彈性與學習

        多年的工作職涯,讓我闖進不少過去沒待過、沒接觸過的地理與心理環境,這切實的各種經驗,讓我體會到,有時的堅持是確實需要的,但因應人事物的周遭變化,每一個時期的學習都是學習去做個有『彈性』(resilience)的自己,每一個經驗,都在適度修正而改變,但要保持熱忱學習的自我。

Teaching Makes Diverse Learning

         After the recent 7-year teaching experience in different domestic high schools, long time being a history teacher and students' counselor, I try to make my history teaching more closed to students' daily life experience, which put much more emphasis on the dialogue between the historical facts and the readers, And as a teacher/mentor, in class I have to compose my words  more organized, and to make the long, complex story much easier words, and finally train most of the students to learn by thinking multi-facetedly.  

        Besides, within these years, I've edited and sorted out different kinds of key-point notes and texts to help students read and complete their study, which gets lots of praise & appreciation from my readers——my students and colleagues.
